Dear Respectable Parents, Students, and Community Members,

Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh!

The Al-Noor Academy recognizes the importance of Islamic education (knowledge and application) among Muslim children which inculcates an understanding of Islam as a complete way of life. By the Grace of Almighty ALLAH, we are blessed with a team of very dedication volunteers with tremendous potential. We have all teamed up with a great resolve to work very hard and deliver high quality education and other programs by the will of ALLAH.

We offer Islamic education from Level 1 to Level 6. Our Sunday School starts at 9:45 AM and ends at 1:30 PM after Zuhr prayer. The school time is divided in 50 minutes classes with a 30 minutes lunch break. Every class is supervised by a qualified teacher and an assistant teacher where possible.The curriculum is focused on three basic areas of Qura’n, Arabic Language, and Islamic Studies.

Although the school meets once a week for about 4 hours, we spent time wisely to cover a wide area of Islamic education. When parents bring their children to school, we (teachers and school administration) are committed to work with these students in the spirit of a true partnership. It is our mission to provide an educational environment to promote creative learning of Arabic Language, Qura’nic Tajweed and Surah Memorization, and Islamic Studies to inculcate Islamic values in the minds and actions of our future generation. The parents and teachers also play the most critical part as role models in the lives of our children.

We are determined and focused with a purpose, with Allah’s help and your support, to have a model Sunday school that will become an example of a quality Islamic Sunday School. ISSEW Education Program provides learning that nurtures Taqwa, strong Muslim identity, brotherhood, honesty, integrity and respect for each other, family members, community, and in large respect for our fellow country men and women.
